Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from Redline Trading Co. (Chasing Redline NZ, trading as Redline Trading Co.) at redlinetrading.co.nz. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.

Prices and shipping
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). We ship within New Zealand only. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and in our shipping policy.

Orders and payment
Payment is taken when you place your order. We may cancel an order and give you a full refund if an item is out of stock, a price or listing is clearly wrong, or we can't complete the order for another reason. If that happens we'll email you to let you know.

Condition and photos
Singles are photographed individually, and the photos show the exact card you'll get. Each listing states the card's condition, and we note any damage we find. Please check the photos closely, and email us if you'd like more close-ups before you buy. Sealed products are sold factory sealed.

Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our refund policy.
